These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the Platform and all agreements between the Service Provider and the User. By creating an account or using the Platform, the User agrees to these terms.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these terms. In the event of material changes, the User will be notified by e-mail. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

The Platform is a tool for drafting and sending formal demand letters. The Platform does not provide legal advice and is not a law firm or debt collection agency. The User remains solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and for compliance with all applicable legal requirements.
An account is required to use the Platform. Upon registration, the User must provide truthful and up-to-date business information. The User is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under their account.
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts without stating reasons, particularly in cases of (suspected) misuse or fraud.

If the Service Provider is held liable for any reason whatsoever, liability shall at all times be limited to the amount the User has paid to the Service Provider in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, with a maximum of EUR 100.
The Platform uses an external e-mail service (Resend) for sending WIK letters by e-mail. The Service Provider endeavours to send e-mails correctly and provides a delivery confirmation as proof, but cannot guarantee that e-mails will actually be delivered or opened. The delivery confirmation serves as an indication only and does not constitute conclusive legal proof.

In the event of (suspected) misuse or fraud, the Service Provider is entitled to:
The User indemnifies the Service Provider fully against all claims by third parties arising from or related to the User's use of the Platform, including claims by debtors, regulators, or other parties. This includes all damages, costs (including legal fees), and fines incurred by the Service Provider as a result.
Upon creating an account, the User receives a number of free credits. Additional credits can be purchased via the Platform. All prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Payment is processed via the payment service Stripe. Upon successful payment, credits are immediately added to the User's account.
Credits once purchased are non-refundable, except where the Service Provider is legally required to do so. Credits are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the Platform.
All rights to the Platform, the software, the design, texts, logos, and other materials are vested in the Service Provider. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, stored, or published without prior written permission.
The WIK letters generated by the Platform may be freely used by the User for the purpose for which they were created.
The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Uploaded invoices are deleted immediately after data extraction. Only the data necessary for generating the WIK letter is stored.

The Service Provider strives for the highest possible availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond the Service Provider's control. The Service Provider is not liable for damage resulting from temporary unavailability.
The User may terminate their account at any time via the account settings or by contacting the Service Provider. Outstanding credits expire upon termination and will not be refunded.
The Service Provider may terminate the User's account in the event of a breach of these terms, (suspected) fraud, or when continuation of the service can no longer reasonably be expected.
These Terms and Conditions and all agreements between the Service Provider and the User are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district of Amsterdam.
